Who is required to publish the AgID accessibility statement?
Obligations and deadlines vary depending on your profile. Here's what you need, based on who you are.

Public administration
Accessibility statement and goals required every year, due by March 31.

Private companies required under the EAA
As of June 28, 2025, companies with at least 10 employees or more than €2 million in revenue must publish the statement.

Digital service providers for public administration
Every service provided on behalf of public administration requires a statement updated with each release.

Large enterprises (over €500 million)
Stricter obligations and penalties of up to 5% of turnover for non-compliance.
The AgID Guidelines are clear: providers must guarantee ongoing compliance over time, updating it with every change to the service and the standards.

Three steps to accessibility that lasts
Build a robust technology ecosystem that scales with your service.
Step 1
Audit and gap analysis
We review your website, app, and documents against EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.2. We identify the barriers and set priorities.
Step 2
Guided remediation
Our team works alongside your developers to fix non-conformities: from code to PDFs, from your app to the accessibility statement.
Step 3
Drafting the statement
Our team fills out the AgID statement: compliance status, methodology, non-accessible content, and feedback contacts.
