Quality policy
Preamble
AccessiWay Group places quality at the centre of its mission, fully aware of its critical role in the success and satisfaction of clients, suppliers, and stakeholders across all Group entities.
We are committed to maintaining high quality standards in every process and service, aiming to exceed expectations through continuous improvement and the adoption of the latest technologies. Innovation is central to our Group strategy, fostering an environment that embraces new ideas and advanced solutions to deliver added value to our clients and to the community.
We also recognise our responsibility towards the communities in which we operate, acting with integrity and committing to a positive social impact. This Policy reflects our ambition to be a positive force in society, as well as a provider of high-quality services across all Group entities.
In summary, the Quality Policy of AccessiWay Group is a commitment to excellence, innovation, and social responsibility, aiming to build trust and exceed expectations in every aspect of our work.
A - Commitment to quality
AccessiWay Group incorporates seven core principles that reflect its commitment to operational excellence, corporate responsibility, and value creation for all stakeholders:
1. Client focus
Client satisfaction and loyalty are pillars of our Group mission. We strive to gain a deep understanding of our clients' needs — primarily through our consulting activities — and every business strategy and decision is guided by the objective of adding value for the client and improving the overall experience of persons with disabilities through our services.
2. Continuous improvement
Our Group culture is permeated by a spirit of innovation and continuous improvement. Through constant evaluation and optimisation of our internal processes, services, and products — identifying both strengths and weaknesses — we commit to achieving ever-higher levels of operational efficiency and service quality. This proactive approach enables us to adapt dynamically to market changes and evolving client needs.
3. Integrity and transparency
We operate with integrity and transparency in every aspect of our activities across all Group entities. Open, clear, and honest communication with clients, suppliers, and all stakeholders is essential to building solid, lasting relationships based on mutual trust. For this reason, AccessiWay Group has adopted a Code of Ethics — grounded in integrity and transparency — which every member of the Group is required to uphold.
4. Regulatory Compliance
We are committed to maintaining rigorous conformity with applicable sector regulations and international quality standards across all jurisdictions in which the Group operates. Our dedication to quality is demonstrated by adherence to ISO 9001, which attests to the excellence and efficiency of our processes and services. In particular, we commit to:
-
Delivering our services in a manner that complies with GDPR requirements;
-
Ensuring compliance with Legislative Decree No. 81/2008 (Health & Safety at Work);
-
Ensuring compliance with applicable employment law in each jurisdiction;
-
Providing services that support clients in achieving conformity with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004 (Stanca Act — Web Accessibility).
5. Training and tooling
We recognise that our people are our most valuable asset. We invest in on-boarding training across all Group entities to ensure staff have the competencies, knowledge, and tools necessary to excel in their work. Empowering our team is directly correlated with our ability to deliver superior, innovative services.
6. Supplier Collaboration
Establishing strategic partnerships with suppliers and partners who share our high quality standards and ethical commitment is a Group-wide priority. We select commercial partners based on their reliability and alignment with our values, contributing to the overall value of the Group's business.
7. Social responsibility
Our commitment to corporate social responsibility is integrated into all Group operations. We promote initiatives that bring tangible benefits to persons with disabilities and to society as a whole.
C - Information Security
AccessiWay Group is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets across all entities. Information security is managed in alignment with the principles of ISO/IEC 27001 and is considered an integral part of service quality.
The Group's approach to information security is built on the following commitments:
• Information assets are identified, classified, and protected in accordance with their sensitivity and criticality.
• Access to systems and data is granted on a least-privilege basis and reviewed periodically.
• Information security risks are assessed at least annually; treatment plans are approved by management and monitored to completion.
• All staff receive security awareness training at on-boarding and annually thereafter.
• Suppliers and third-party processors are assessed against Group security requirements, with data-protection obligations included in all relevant contracts.
• Information security incidents are reported, investigated, and resolved promptly; lessons learned are incorporated into the risk management process.
• Business continuity plans are maintained and tested to ensure the resilience of critical services across all Group entities.
This section is subject to annual review by Group management to ensure continuing alignment with ISO/IEC 27001. Each Group entity may adopt local security procedures provided these are consistent with the requirements set out above.

B - Monitoring and evaluation
The management of AccessiWay Group adopts a systematic, data-driven approach to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of this Quality Policy across all entities. The monitoring strategy employs the following instruments:
1. Key performance indicators (KPIs)
Group management defines specific KPIs reflecting the critical objectives of the Quality Policy. Regular analysis quantifies performance in key areas, providing an objective basis for assessments and decisions at both Group and entity level.
2. Internal audits
Internal audits are conducted periodically, and at minimum on an annual basis, to examine operational processes and conformity with established quality standards. These audits identify non-conformities, inefficiencies, and potential risks, ensuring continuous alignment of business operations with quality policies and procedures.
3. Client Feedback
Client feedback is a vital component of the Group quality monitoring system. This information is invaluable for understanding client perception and identifying specific areas requiring improvement across all Group entitie
4. User Testing
Group management attributes great importance to feedback gathered through user testing, considering it fundamental to the concrete development and implementation of digital accessibility. User tests are structured to simulate realistic usage scenarios with a representative sample of end users, and the insights gathered are used to continuously refine products and services for users with disabilities.
