Below the email and password entry fields you can click on the phrase "Forgot your password?" which will allow you to enter your email address. You will then receive an e-mail containing instructions on how to complete the operation.

Should you experience any malfunctions with the Platform, we recommend clearing your browser cache. If this does not solve the problem, please contact the Accessiway support department, available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday.

The accessibility of the Accessiway website is also guaranteed within the user areas. By accessing them, it is possible to view the interface and make all the necessary adjustments in order to obtain customised navigation according to one's needs.
