For jurisdictions outside the European Union, Accessiway voluntarily aligns its practices with other internationally recognised accessibility standards and frameworks, including, among others, the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), without this reference implying an acknowledgement of the direct legal applicability of such regimes to Accessiway.
General description of the service
The website accessiway.com is the corporate website of AccessiWay S.r.l. and serves an informational purpose: it presents the company, its products and the digital accessibility consulting services (accessibility assessments, remediation, training, and support for compliance with the EAA, WCAG and EN 301 549) offered to business clients. These services are not among the consumer services falling within the scope of the EAA.The website does not enable the online conclusion of contracts or the direct purchase of services by consumers: requests submitted through the contact forms generate a commercial inquiry, followed by negotiation and execution of the contract in accordance with the company's ordinary B2B procedures, outside the website itself.

The website publishes informational content (service presentation pages, resources, blog, case studies) and provides contact forms for commercial inquiries. It does not include e-commerce functionalities (shopping cart, checkout, online payment), nor does it provide access to banking services, electronic communications services, audiovisual media services, or passenger transport services.
