Alessia Volpin

Alessia has spent over four years shaping how Accessiway thinks about diversity, equity, and inclusion — advising leaders and teams, reading the data behind culture, and building strategies that make inclusion part of everyday practice rather than a policy on paper. Her work extends well beyond the office: she serves as Vice President of A.P.R.I. ODV and coordinates Disability Pride Torino, bringing a grounded, community-rooted perspective to everything she writes. With a background spanning industrial design and social innovation, she believes real inclusion is built, not declared.
